Blood oranges develop their signature deep color during cool Sicilian nights. Known locally as arancia rossa di Sicilia, this beautiful fruit is typically sweeter and less acidic than other oranges. Their raspberry-like tartness acts as the perfect base in our take on an old fashioned. Extracted ginger adds a unique complexity to this time-honored favorite which is never sweet, always smart. Made in the U.S.A.

Step 1. Freeze a box of The Cooper.
Step 2. Drop a frozen cube and drop it into a glass of liquor or seltzer.
Step 3. Give your drink a shake or a stir and enjoy your old fashioned.
