When a childhood obsession with marshmallows carries into adulthood, only sweet, beautiful things can come of it. Case in point: The Crispery’s addictively gooey, crispy rice treats, just like the ones we all loved as kids – only way better and in incredible flavors like marshmallow fluff topped with chocolate candy buttons and raspberry jelly & chocolate. Or Cookies & Cream, made with everyone’s favorite cookies crushed and sandwiched between rich marshmallow cream and topped with a cookie. Or S’mores a toasted marshmallow delight with graham cracker in the middle and chocolate surrounded by marshmallow.
Founded by a stay at home Mom in 1995, The Crispery now churns out a dizzying array of handmade crispycakes that have a serious cult following.
For more than 20 years The Crispery has guaranteed the quality and freshness of all our treats. The Crispery’s reputation for quality, value and personal customer service has been unsurpassed. The popularity of CRISPYCAKES™ grew as a result of television appearances on Good Morning America, Today, Rachael Ray, and CBS This Morning, as well as articles in various print publications like Martha Stewart Weddings, Rachael Ray Everyday, Newsday, Specialty Food Magazine and more. Today you can find CRISPYCAKES™, selling in stores such as Dean and Deluca, HEB Supermarkets, Central Markets throughout Texas, Dylan’s Candy Bar- New York City’s largest candy store, and many more stores in New York, Miami, Texas, The Carolinas, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Chicago, Canada and more!
The Crispery is owned by Judy Soldinger. Judy operates the company along with her husband, a former Television Executive in Virginia. They are currently expanding the business across the country. So far, they have increased the production capacity and added many additional flavors.
Some 20 years later, The Crispery is still handmaking these soft and gooey treats to perfection and inviting customers all over the country to indulge in treats that are even better than the freshly made ones that mom use to make, but still include her key ingredient, LOVE.
